TERMS

Terms of use

These terms are between you and the operator of SendingGood at sendinggood.com. Buying GOOD or opening a gift link means you accept them. The law of England and Wales applies, and the courts of England and Wales hear disputes, except where UK consumer law gives you a local right you cannot waive.

What GOOD is

GOOD is a digital novelty credit inside SendingGood. £1 buys 1,000 GOOD. You can keep it, split it, mix kinds such as Love, Luck, Hugs, and Good Vibes, and send it with a private link. It is symbolic. It is not medicine, therapy, luck, magic, or a promise that anything in the real world will change. It is not cash, not e-money, and not redeemable for pounds.

No membership

There is no account, password, or subscription. This browser can remember a wallet with a cookie. You can also save a private wallet link, or ask for a one-time email link that expires after 7 days. A recipient's link opens only that gift. It does not open the sender's wallet.

If you clear the browser and you did not save a wallet link or use the email link, we cannot restore that GOOD. That loss is part of using a product with no membership.

Paying

Payments are taken in pounds sterling by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. GOOD is added to the wallet when Stripe confirms the payment. You ask us to supply the credit immediately. Because it is digital content supplied straight away, you acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once the GOOD is added. If we take payment and the GOOD never arrives, contact good@sendinggood.com and we will put it right or refund that payment.

Private links

You choose where to send a gift link. Anyone who has the full link can open that gift. A private note is encrypted in your browser. We cannot read it. Do not use SendingGood for anything unlawful, hateful, or sexual involving anyone under 18. We may remove a wallet that is used that way.

Liability

SendingGood is provided with reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any right that UK law stops us from excluding. We are not liable for GOOD lost because a browser was cleared without a saved link, or because a private link was shared with the wrong person. Other liability is limited to the amount you paid us for GOOD in the three months before the claim.
